Fair Haven Community Health Clinic, Inc. (FHCHC), a Federally Qualified Health Center, is seeking design and engineering services for a new building project at its 374 Grand Avenue campus. The successful firm will be expected to provide services as described within this request for proposal document. Proposals from women and minority-owned businesses are encouraged.
