[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Fair Haven Community Health Clinic, Inc. (FHCHC), a Federally Qualified Health Center, is seeking proposals to provide structured cabling and install related communications network equipment and devices at Shoreline Family Health Care, 221 West Main Street, Branford CT.
FHCHC is currently renovating approximately 13,000 square feet of single-story retail space to create new community health care facility. FHCHC has entered into an agreement with the PAC Group, LLC to provide general contracting services for the project. Demolition work has begun on the project with a projected substantial completion date of November 4, 2019.
The project is funded by State and Federal grant monies and will be subject to predetermined disbursement criteria including EEO and affirmative action requirements. The successful firm will be expected to provide all services as described within this document through to project completion

Proposals from women and minority owned businesses are encouraged.
