Help us make sure we reflect Fair Haven’s needs in our new health care building. Fair Haven Community Health Care is creating a community advisory to help shape how Fair Haven is represented as our new building progresses. The kick-off will be held Tuesday, May 9th, from 6-7pm at the Atwater Senior Center, 26 Atwater Street in Fair Haven. Come share your ideas about how our new clinic- opening in 2025 at James and Grand – can feel like Fair Haven and offer more than health care.
The conversation will be held in English and Spanish and refreshments will be served.
