From now through December, Fair Haven Community Health Care is offering weekly clinics for flu shots. Patients can receive flu shots at either during special flu shot only clinics, or ask to receive one during a regularly scheduled appointment. Flu clinics will be held at three of our locations: 374 Grand Avenue, 50 Grand Avenue, and East Haven/Trolley Square, on a rotating basis, Tuesdays through Saturdays. Appointments for flu shots only are available 2:30-4:30pm during the week and 9am- 11am on the weekend. Please check availability for the location or day most convenient for you and be prepared for flu season.
