Over the next four weeks, Fair Haven Community Health Care is hosting a series of FREE Food Education Sessions, open to the community! If you want to learn more about planning, shopping, and preparing nutritious meals, these classes are for you. Feel free to bring a friend for you to both learn about healthy eating.
