[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]We are excited to be a partner in the Greater New Haven Vote 2018 effort, spearheaded by the Community Foundation for Greater New Haven and including other great community groups, to help provide access to voter registration and education to under-represented communities in the Greater New Haven area. On Wednesday, July 25th, GNH Vote 2018 is sponsoring a Forum for candidates for Connecticut Governor. Held at Albertus Magnus’ Tagliatela Center at 305 Huntington Street, free childcare and dinner will be available starting at 5pm, with a bi-lingual program beginning at 6pm. A meet and greet with Lt Governor Candidates will start at 8pm. Candidates will share their thoughts on health care, immigration, affordable housing, education and justice reform. Spanish translation will be provided.
Directions/Parking: The best way to get to the Tagliatela Center is through the parking lot on Huntington Street. Many folks may recognize the athletic field on Prospect Street. The best way to enter is NOT through the field but on Huntington Street. Once you turn into the parking lot, the event will be all the way at the end of the lot.
