[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]A second session in the Talk with the Docs series has been scheduled for Thursday, July 12th, as this popular program takes to the Quinnapiac River Park Farmer’s Market. This nutrition-based session will include a cooking demonstration with fresh vegetables available at the market, a tour of the market including guided shopping, and a casual picnic with Fair Haven Community Health Care doctors. The Talk with the Docs program allows patients and community members to learn more about a particular health topic and build relationships with providers, in a relaxed setting. The educational components of each session are provided in both English and Spanish. The series is a result of a partnership with Junta for Progressive Action.
