What is the payroll frequency?
Employees are paid on a biweekly basis.
When is pay day?
Our pay day is Friday. Should a Federal holiday fall on a Friday, the check date will be Thursday. The pay period is in arrears meaning that employees are paid for the prior two work weeks.
What defines the pay period?
A pay period is a recurring length of time over which employee time is recorded and paid. For purpose of payroll processing, our pay period is biweekly beginning on Saturday and ending on Friday.
Where can I see my paycheck?

- In the Pay section you can select which check to view
How do I change my direct deposit?
- Log into Paylocity self-service portal
- In the Pay section, click on the word “more” to expand your options
- Click on “Direct Deposit Accounts”
- Add or change your direct deposit account in pop up window
How do I make a change to my w-4?
- Log into Paylocity self-service portal
- In the Pay section, click on the word “more” to expand your options
- Click on Tax Exemptions
- Click on the Tax code to update
How do I get my w-2 electronically?

I am salaried, do I still have to complete a biweekly time sheet?
Yes, even though you are salaried you must complete your biweekly timesheet for various reason.
- To accurately track PTO and/or CME hours
- Additional pay code options
- Due to grant reporting
- Census reporting
