[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Effective immediately, patients will be able to fill much needed prescriptions, thanks to Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro and the reactivated Emergency Prescription Assistance Program (EPAP). DeLauro, with input from Fair Haven Community Health Care, has worked hard to bring this program back on line. Since November, Fair Haven has been holding special hours for a Displaced Puerto Rican Resident clinic, designed to help anyone relocated to New Haven due to Hurricane Maria. The goal is to provide access to much needed health care, behavioral health counseling and social services all in one visit. Thanks to EPAP, patients no longer have to wait for medications.
