Our Mental Health Services Benefits

Our mental health services cover mental health and substance use care. Here’s what you can expect:


  • One-on-One Counseling: We’re here to help you navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, and stress with personal, one-on-one sessions tailored to your unique situation.
  • Group Counseling: You’ll have the chance to connect with others who understand your journey in supportive group sessions.
  • Multi-lingual Services: If English isn’t your first language, we’ve got you covered. Our team speaks multiple languages, including Spanish, and we have interpreters ready to assist you.
  • Substance Use Support: If you’re facing challenges with substance use, we offer screenings and therapy to help you take meaningful steps toward recovery.
  • Medication Support: Need help managing medications? We’ll work with you to assess your needs and ensure your prescriptions are just right for your care.
  • Referrals: If we can’t provide the services you need, we’ll guide you to the right resources or specialists to make sure you get the care you deserve.
  • Adolescent Programs: For teens dealing with emotions, family issues, or school challenges, our Intensive Therapy Program (ITP) offers tools to help them thrive.


For conditions that we do not treat or if a patient needs more intensive services, we offer assistance in referring people to the appropriate agencies in the greater New Haven area.
