Our mental health services cover mental health and substance use care. Here’s what you can expect:
- One-on-One Counseling: We’re here to help you navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, and stress with personal, one-on-one sessions tailored to your unique situation.
- Group Counseling: You’ll have the chance to connect with others who understand your journey in supportive group sessions.
- Multi-lingual Services: If English isn’t your first language, we’ve got you covered. Our team speaks multiple languages, including Spanish, and we have interpreters ready to assist you.
- Substance Use Support: If you’re facing challenges with substance use, we offer screenings and therapy to help you take meaningful steps toward recovery.
- Medication Support: Need help managing medications? We’ll work with you to assess your needs and ensure your prescriptions are just right for your care.

For conditions that we do not treat or if a patient needs more intensive services, we offer assistance in referring people to the appropriate agencies in the greater New Haven area.
