Therese Marrocco, MA, BS

Ms. Marrocco serves as Fair Haven Community Health Care’s Chief Human Resources Officer.

In addition to overseeing talent acquisition and training, Ms. Marrocco is responsible for creating innovative ways to engage employees. She is also focused on establishing the culture, systems and training in support of empowering employees to solve problems and develop as leaders. Ms. Marrocco provides leadership for FHCHC’s Planetree initiative, which seeks to create a person-centered culture by inviting long range planning and patient programming.

As a graduate of the Organizational Psychology program at Brooklyn College of the City University of New York, Ms. Marrocco has worked in the field of human resources for over 20 years. Most recently, she served as the Chief Operating Officer and the Director of Human Resources at Norwalk Community College.
