At Shoreline Family Health Care, we offer patients one convenient location close to home that provides expert medical and behavioral health services for the whole family. Part of that care includes our intensive outpatient program for adolescents. We provide adolescents between the ages of 11 and 18 who are experiencing emotional or behavioral issues, with problem-solving and coping skills, while teaching them how emotions and actions work together.
Unique to Shoreline Family Health Care is the inclusion of our on-site pharmacy, Grand Pharmacy where we offer free delivery, medication packing, and medication counseling. Our pharmacists have access to our patients’ records to make sure they are given the safest options for treatment.
Shoreline Family Health Care believes that everyone should have access to high-quality medical and behavioral health care, regardless of ability to pay, and we are proud to bring our quality of care to the Shoreline community.
Thank you to the Shoreline Chamber members who attended and welcomed us as part of the community.
