With the COVID positivity rate in New Haven at 45 percent and hundreds of people not able to be tested at our walk-up location, Fair Haven Community Health Care turned to the power of community partnerships to help get home COVID test kits into the hands of neighbors who need them most, like those who need to get back to work as soon as possible.
Thanks to our dedicated community partners who lept into action last week, when the rollout was first discussed, over 1,000 COVID test kits were distributed to vulnerable brown and black neighbors in New Haven.
