[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]At a time when many community members are worried about finances, Fair Haven Community Health Care has waived its fees for most uninsured patients, during the COVID-19 health emergency. This includes medical care for all ages, specialty care, chronic illnesses like Diabetes and Hypertension, as well as pre-natal, well care visits and immunization appointments, even prescription refills. Emergency dental and behavioral health care are also included.
Currently most patients are being seen via telehealth (a patient and provider visit, by phone or video chat). In person appointments are available for immunizations, prenatal visits and urgent care, as needed.
New and existing patients should call 203-777-7411 to find out how to qualify for free health care visits or to an appointment. Community members whose primary care provider is temporarily unavailable right now may also receive medical care at FHCHC by calling the number above.
