This Saturday, November 5th, come join FHCHC volunteers on a Hike for Health around East Rock Park. The hike starts at 1PM, but you can arrive as early as 10AM for cider, donuts, and jazz. At 11AM there will be a welcome from Mayor Elicker, lunch by FERP and Koffee at 11:30, and a magic show with Cyril the Sorcerer at 12:15.
