This is a critical conversation for us as many of our staff and patients have families that have been dislocated, and are trying to regain their footing. To address this need, Fair Haven Community Health Care launched a special health care clinic in November 2017 for displaced Puerto Rican residents who are new to the New Haven area and need access to health care.
