RFP DESCRIPTION
Fair Haven Community Health Clinic, Inc. (FHCHC), a Federally Qualified Health Center, is seeking Lump Sum Bids to renovate the existing clinic at 221 West Main Street, Branford, Connecticut. The successful firm will be expected to provide all services as described within this document through to project completion.
Proposals from women and minority owned businesses are encouraged.

Sealed proposals must be received by 1:00pm Eastern Time in the Administrative Offices of Fair Haven Community Health Clinic, Inc. 374 Grand Avenue, Fair Haven, CT 06513. Bids shall be addressed to Veena Kapadia, Director of Business Development on behalf of the Bid Committee, Fair Haven Community Health Clinic, Inc.
Hard copy proposals with original signatures are required. Email copies shall also be delivered by the same deadline to Jeff Gotta, Colliers, jeffrey.gotta@collierseng.com. |
